GSA STARS II, GWAC contract, is engineered to promote small business utilization in the purchase of IT services for the federal government and awarded exclusively to an elite group of qualifying certified 8(a) small businesses as prime contractors. Stars II contract vehicle allows Soft Source Team and its valued partners to contribute services across two functional areas, 541511 –FA1 Custom Computer Programming Services and NAIC 541512 –FA2 Computer Systems Design Services. Contract allows for directed task orders up to $4 million each for all federal agencies.

Soft Source Inc., received this 4 year $4M BPA to design, manage and deliver department-wide executive coaching program to GS15 and SES level executives, where our pool of ICF or WIAL certified coaches provided one-on-one discrete individual coaching as well as team coaching interventions for the development of leadership and human management capital. Key areas included performance, change management, and action learning initiatives. Coaching process follows an approved SOP where sponsored individual or teams receive coaching in safe and confidential sessions with their coach of choice to effect the change(s) that are desired. Soft Source delivered over 6,000 hours of coaching sessions to executives in multiple organizations that included FAA, FHWA, FMCSA, FRA, PHMSA, and OST.
